Think you had a bad week!!

My week started with a phone call...Saturday morning 8.30am.

When you have a large building to manage with different service partners on board, it is amazing how many have to attend one problem. A blocked sewer!!!!

It is also helpful when chooseing service partners that they are available, to find out on Saturday morning that my sump pump service partners were currently supporting Ireland in Paris at the rugby made the maintenance contract worthwhile.

They currently have in there possion the sump pump they took out on Monday ( nice of them to show up ) and are prepared to charge me for repairing or replacing, I am now looking for an alternative quote for a new pump and will if its the right price install it. They can hang on to the pump they took out, maybe frame it.
